Everything you need to know about Flexovital N.O.RDIC — dosage, ingredients, shipping, subscriptions, and the science.

Product & Dosage

What is Flexovital N.O.RDIC?

Flexovital N.O.RDIC is a Swedish dietary supplement designed to support nitric oxide production in your body. It contains six active ingredients — L-Arginine, L-Citrulline, Beetroot Extract, Rhodiola Rosea, Vitamin C, and Magnesium — formulated to support circulation, blood pressure, and cardiovascular vitality.

How many capsules should I take per day?

The recommended dose is 3 capsules daily, ideally in the morning with water. Consistency matters more than exact timing. One pouch holds 180 capsules, which is a 60-day supply at that dose. The preclinical study used a continuous daily dose over twelve weeks.

When will I notice effects?

Nitric oxide effects on circulation are typically observed within 2–4 weeks of consistent daily use. Long-term cardiovascular and vitality benefits accumulate with continued use. The preclinical study ran for 12 weeks to observe the full spectrum of effects.

Is it safe to take with other medications?

If you take blood pressure medication, blood thinners, or have a cardiovascular condition, consult your physician before starting. Flexovital's ingredients can interact with vasoactive medications. The formula is a dietary supplement, not a medicine.

What's inside each capsule?

Each capsule carries 550 mg of active formulation — the same doses the study used. The pouch prints three times each figure, because a daily dose is three capsules:

L-Arginine Per capsule 175 mg · Per daily dose 525 mg
L-Citrulline Per capsule 125 mg · Per daily dose 375 mg
Rhodiola Rosea Per capsule 100 mg · Per daily dose 300 mg
Beetroot Extract Per capsule 100 mg · Per daily dose 300 mg
Magnesium Citrate Per capsule 25 mg · Per daily dose 75 mg
Vitamin C Per capsule 25 mg · Per daily dose 75 mg

Supply & Pricing

Should I choose 2 or 6 month supply?

The 2-month supply (180 capsules) is perfect for first-time users who want to try the protocol. The 6-month supply (540 capsules) saves you 27% per month and supports long-term consistency — which is when nitric oxide benefits accumulate most. Most customers start with 2 months, then upgrade to 6.

Science & Quality

4
Is Flexovital scientifically tested?

Yes. The full Flexovital formula was tested in a peer-reviewed preclinical study published in Nutrients (2024) by researchers from Karolinska Institutet and Uppsala University. The study found protective effects on cardiovascular, kidney, and metabolic function. Read more on our Research page.

Who developed Flexovital?

Flexovital was developed by BioConcept AB in Sweden, under the leadership of Professor Bengt Fellström. The full formula was subsequently tested in a peer-reviewed study by researchers at Karolinska Institutet and Uppsala University.

Where is Flexovital produced?

In Sweden, under strict Scandinavian quality standards. Every batch is fully traceable. The formula uses no proprietary blends — all ingredients and dosages are transparently disclosed.

What is nitric oxide and why does it matter?

Nitric oxide (NO) is a signaling molecule your body produces naturally. It tells blood vessels to relax and widen, improving blood flow to your muscles, brain, and organs. The discovery of NO's role was awarded the 1998 Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine. As we age, NO production declines — which is linked to elevated blood pressure, reduced vascular function, and metabolic issues. Flexovital supports NO production through two complementary pathways.
